| Stefan Plesea
joined TCA, TrustCorp
America, a Washington DC trust company, since its inception in July
of 1995. He is the Director of Operation and Senior Vice President. Previously
he served as Operation Manager and Investment Analyst at Burney Investment
Services in Virginia. He is the graduate of several continuing education
courses in Taxation, Investments, Straight Through Processing and Estate
Planning and received his B.S. in Finance from George Mason University,
Virginia, and The Academy of Economic Studies, Bucharest Romania.
Mr. Plesea has more than 20 years experience in investments and finance,
custody, settlements and clearance, and international transactions. He
has been involved in trading and economic transactions between US and
Romania for the past 15 years, and has worked as a consultant for various
US and Romanian companies. In 1997 Mr. Plesea created the Romanian American
Forum and conducted its first trade conference in Galati, Romania. He
is the President of the Forum.
Stefan Ioana
is the President of CDS Solutions, an engineering consulting company involved
in design and R&D for industries such as railroad, defense, semiconductors
and aviation. Mr. Ioana worked on projects such as: Acela, the first high-speed
train in North America, Disney monorail trains, Rolls Royce Canada, Pratt
and Whitney, Bombardier Aerospace, and McDonnell Douglas. He is co-founder
and partner of several Romanian-American joint ventures and has extensive
experience in international trade with focus on Romania, Switzerland,
Canada, USA and Middle East.
Mr. Ioana was editor-in-chief of the Romanian weekly magazine ”Replica”
in the early 1990 and mass-media and public relations Counselor for the
County of Brasov Chairman. Mr. Ioana is member of the Romanian Journalist
Association (AZR), since 1990. He has a Master's degree from Transylvania
University in Brasov, Romania, in Automation Systems, and became PhD candidate
at École Politechnique de Lausanne, Switzerland, in 1992. Mr. Ioana
has a diploma from Province of Quebec business school in Montréal,
Canada, in 1995. He is fluent in English, Romanian, German and French.

| Cristina Marine,
of CEEZON Inc, Washington, DC, is a business development and government-business
cooperation specialist with a 15-year track record in corporate management
and administration. Ms. Marine has worked both with private companies and
public organizations such as USAID, IFC, EBRD, OPIC, and U.S. Exim Bank.
Ms. Marine holds a Master's Degree in International Transactions from George
Mason University in Virginia, with a focus on international financial institutions,
globalization, and legal regulations of international transactions. She
also teaches global management classes as an Online Facilitator for the
MBA program of the University of Phoenix Online, Arizona. |
Daniel Zugris,
P.E., began his professional career in the oil and gas industry in Romania
and, since 1990, has worked in the environmental industry in the US, serving
both government and private clients. He holds a Master's degree in Environmental
Engineering and Management from Johns Hopkins University in Baltimore and
a Master's degree in Geological and Geophysical Engineering from the University
of Bucharest, Romania. Mr. Zugris is a Professional Engineer registered
in Virginia, Maryland, Pennsylvania, and Arizona. |
William
T. Russell is
the Chairman of The Romanian American Forum. He is the President and CEO
of TCA TrustCorp America.He was formerly Chief Financial Officer of Second
National Bancorporation where he chaired the company's investment committee,
served as Chief Investment Officer, and served as portfolio manager. Mr.
Russell also served as C.F.O. of Boston based Office Oasis, as a Partner
of Conquest Capital, and, among many community service activities, as President
of his local Kiwanis Club. His experience in the debt and equity markets
includes successful participation in two IPO's, one secondary offering,
and several private placements. Previously he was with KPMG Peat Marwick
in its Baltimore office.
